PetalArtFraming creates handcrafted pressed flower keepsakes and personalized floral pieces.
Many of our products are handmade using real pressed flowers and other natural materials. Because of the nature of handmade and natural products, each piece is unique.
Colors, shapes, sizes, textures, and floral arrangements may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
2. Personalized & Custom Products
Certain products may be personalized with information such as:

- Titles
- Birth months or birth flowers
- Family member details
- Other personalization options offered on the product page
You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting your order.
Please check spelling, dates, months, names, and other customization details carefully.
We will create your product based on the information submitted with your order.
If we make an error and the finished product does not match the personalization information you provided, please contact us so we can review the issue.
3. Product Images & Colors
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately.
However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting conditions, and display settings.
Real flowers also naturally vary in color, shape, size, and texture.
Pressed flowers may gradually change or fade in color over time, especially when exposed to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or humidity.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed at the time you submit your order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, we may be unable to make changes or cancel an order after production has begun.

Our products are handmade and may require processing time before shipment.
Estimated processing times are provided for general guidance and may vary depending on the product, personalization requirements, order volume, holidays, or other circumstances.

9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping availability, rates, estimated delivery times, tracking information, and related terms are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
10. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, incorrect items, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for individual customers, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange due solely to a change of mind.
This does not prevent you from contacting us if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered.
11. Handmade & Natural Variations
You acknowledge that handmade products and real pressed flowers may contain natural variations.
Two products using the same type of flower may not be identical.
Variations may include differences in:
- Color
- Shape
- Size
- Texture
- Placement
- Floral arrangement
These characteristics contribute to the unique nature of each handmade piece and generally do not constitute defects.
12. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following reasonable care instructions for their products.
To help preserve pressed flowers, products should generally be kept away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, high humidity, and unnecessary exposure to moisture.
Natural aging or color changes that occur over time are not necessarily evidence of a manufacturing defect.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content available on the PetalArtFraming website—including our branding, photographs, product designs, graphics, text, logos, and original website content—is owned by or licensed to PetalArtFraming and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
